Child Safety Standards

App owner: Loki Software Technologies Sp. z o.o. (“Gurbetci”) · [email protected]

1. Zero tolerance

Gurbetci has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to every part of the Gurbetci app (Android and iOS): posts, comments, messages and groups, listings, questions and answers, business reviews and profiles.

2. Prohibited content and behaviour

The following is strictly prohibited and leads to permanent account termination:

  • Creating, sharing, storing, requesting or linking to child sexual abuse material (including drawn or AI-generated content)
  • Any content that sexualises minors
  • Attempting to build a relationship with a child for sexual purposes (grooming)
  • Sexual extortion of children (sextortion)
  • Trafficking of children or offering, advertising or selling children for sexual purposes
  • Sexual communication with minors or arranging to meet them
  • Facilitating or encouraging access to such content

3. How to report

If you see content or a user that violates these standards, report it immediately:

  • In the app: tap "Report" on the post, comment, message, listing or profile and choose "Child sexual abuse or child endangerment".
  • By email: write to [email protected] with the subject "Child Safety".
  • If a child is in immediate danger, first call your local emergency number (112 in Europe).

4. How we handle reports

Child safety reports are reviewed by our moderation team with priority. When a violation is confirmed, the content is removed, the account is permanently terminated and relevant records are preserved as required by law. Automated checks (rules and AI) flag suspicious content; a human always makes the final decision.

5. Cooperation with authorities

We report child sexual abuse material and situations in which children are at risk to the competent authorities in accordance with applicable law:

  • National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC, CyberTipline), USA
  • Poland: Dyżurnet.pl (NASK) and the Polish Police
  • Germany: Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA) and jugendschutz.net
  • We cooperate with law enforcement on lawful requests and comply with child safety laws in the EU, Poland and Germany.

6. Child safety point of contact

For questions about our child safety practices and CSAM, contact: [email protected]. Requests from competent authorities are handled with priority.

7. Updates

These standards are reviewed regularly. Last updated: 7 October 2026.
